3. Professional Inspection:

For electrical appliances, branded or counterfeit brand items, tickets, cards, models, etc., we can only check the appearance and included accessories. However, we do not power on electrical items or conduct professional quality checks. kongfumall is not liable for any functional issues or defects that may arise after shipping.

4. Easily Damaged Products:

Products such as ceramics, glass items, and irregularly shaped products may be damaged during shipping. While we guarantee the integrity of the products before shipment, losses due to damage during transit will be your responsibility. These items are considered fragile, and you should assume the risk of potential damage.

5. Custom-Made Products:

For custom-made items, you must negotiate directly with the merchant. Provide us with all communication details, as we do not conduct professional inspections for custom items. Any losses or issues with custom-made products are entirely your responsibility.

6. Deposit Orders:

According to Taobao sellers’ rules, deposit orders cannot be canceled. You must pay the remaining balance as requested by the seller. If you fail to do so, the deposit will not be refunded, and kongfumall is not responsible for any resulting disputes.

7. Low-Reputation Sellers:

It is highly recommended to choose sellers with a good reputation (at least three hearts) and a Taobao deposit. Any disputes arising from low-reputation sellers are your responsibility. kongfumall cannot be held liable for issues caused by untrustworthy or poorly rated sellers.

8. “CD” and “Garage Kit” Products:

Due to their collectible value, we inspect “CD” and “Garage Kit” products without opening the plastic-sealed bags. We can only verify the appearance of these items, and you assume all risks regarding their authenticity, condition, and value.
