By registering or using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have entered into a binding agreement with KongfuMall and accept all terms and conditions stated herein, including any future amendments.

While using KongfuMall's services, we may collect and use your personal or business information as necessary to operate the Platform and improve our services.
2.1 Essential Information (Required Collection)
- Registration details such as name, email, phone number, and address.
- Authentication data including username, password, and verification codes.
Refusal to provide this information will prevent registration or normal service usage.

- Order history, device details, and browsing preferences.
You may choose not to provide this data; doing so will not affect access to basic services.
2.3 Device Permissions
With your prior consent, the Platform may access device features such as location, camera, microphone, or photo gallery for necessary functions like photo uploads, barcode scanning, or identity verification.

KongfuMall strictly complies with applicable data protection laws and uses encryption to secure all user information.

- When necessary to fulfill contractual obligations such as payment processing or logistics.

4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1 User Rights
- Users have the right to view, correct, or update their personal information at any time.
- Users may request account deletion via customer service. Once deleted, KongfuMall will stop providing services and remove or anonymize the user's data according to legal requirements.
4.2 User Obligations
- Users must ensure that all submitted information is true, accurate, and not misleading.
- Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Publishing or sharing illegal, false, or infringing content.
- Interfering with the Platform's normal operation.
- Copying, reselling, or redistributing Platform content without permission.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or terrorism-related activities.
- Users are fully responsible for all actions taken under their account and any resulting consequences.
5. Data Storage and Security
KongfuMall does not impose limits on data transmission volumes.
The Platform uses encryption, access control, and data isolation to protect user data.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should avoid sharing them or conducting transactions via unauthorized third-party tools to prevent identity theft or fraud.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Accuracy of Product Information
KongfuMall strives to ensure product information is accurate and up to date. However, variations in lighting, photography, and display devices may cause discrepancies between product images and actual items.
6.2 Third-Party Responsibility
As a marketplace intermediary, KongfuMall is not directly responsible for stock shortages, shipping delays, or product discrepancies caused by suppliers or logistics providers but will assist users in resolving such issues.
6.3 User Responsibility
If losses occur due to account leakage, malware infection, or user error, KongfuMall bears no liability.
Users are encouraged to seek compensation directly from responsible parties through legal means.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use KongfuMall services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engaging in transactions involving:
- Weapons, ammunition, narcotics, tobacco, or counterfeit goods.
- Pornographic or obscene materials, illegal drugs, or psychotropic substances.
- Items that promote discrimination, violence, or infringe intellectual property rights.
- Conducting fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering, or false financing.
- Selling products that involve national security, privacy breaches, or government secrets.
- Posting misleading advertisements or defaming others.
KongfuMall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities and cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
8. Liability and Compensation
8.1 User-Induced Losses
If user actions cause KongfuMall or its affiliates to incur losses (including direct financial loss, reputation damage, legal fees, or other related costs), the user shall bear full responsibility for compensation.
8.2 Third-Party Claims
If user behavior results in third-party claims against KongfuMall, the Platform reserves the right to settle the matter first and seek full reimbursement from the responsible user afterward.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and all related services are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Any disputes arising from the use of KongfuMall services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in Hong Kong.
10. Modifications and Notifications
KongfuMall reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time based on business needs.
Updated Terms will be published on the Platform and take effect immediately upon release.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the services immediately.
