- We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
- Certain areas may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier or customs restrictions. The available delivery regions are displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order or customized products may require additional preparation time, as stated on the product page.
- During sales events or public holidays, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
- Promotional offers such as free or discounted shipping are subject to the terms of each campaign.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- Shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by destination authorities.
- These fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient, who must cooperate with customs clearance when required.
- In some countries, carriers may contact the recipient before delivery to collect customs fees or documentation.
6. Tracking Information
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- You can check the latest status in your KongfuMall account under "My Orders."
- If tracking is unavailable for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact our support team.
7. Address Changes & Order Interception
- Address modifications can be made before the order is shipped.
- Once shipped, address changes or order interceptions depend on carrier policies and may incur extra fees borne by the customer.
- Orders delayed or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered for the following reasons:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Failure to pay customs duties
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Unclaimed packages beyond carrier's holding period
Then:
- Refund option: You may request a refund for the product cost only (shipping and return fees are non-refundable).
- Reship option: Reshipping is available upon payment of additional shipping costs.
9. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspection
- Adverse weather conditions
- Peak seasons or public holidays
- Transportation disruptions or force majeure
KongfuMall will assist in tracking and resolving issues but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If the parcel is not delivered within 45 business days and confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Damaged/Incomplete Deliveries: Please report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the parcel, items, and packaging (including the shipping label). Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
11. Split or Combined Shipments
- Orders may be split into multiple shipments based on warehouse availability, size, or weight.
- If you wish to combine shipments, please contact us before dispatch. Orders already shipped cannot be merged.
12. Weight, Size & Restricted Items
- Shipments must comply with carrier and route limits for maximum weight and dimensions; oversized parcels may be split or incur additional charges.
- Restricted or prohibited items such as batteries, liquids, creams, powders, foods, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials may require special handling or cannot be shipped internationally.
- The system will automatically block shipping methods not eligible for such items.
13. Signature & Delivery Confirmation
- Some countries and high-value orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Please inspect the package before signing. If you notice visible damage, notify the courier and file a claim immediately.
14. Peak Season Notice
- During major holidays or sales (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year), both processing and transit times may be longer.
- We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
15. What restrictions apply to shipping counterfeit goods, prohibited items, liquids, pastes, food, DVDs, and medications?
Shipping recommendations are based on conventional transport experience. We assume no responsibility for any customs detention of goods. Due to customs restrictions, we do not accept shipments of tobacco, alcohol, medications, or prohibited items. Per air transport requirements, food, liquids, granular substances, and pastes require non-hazardous material certification. We advise against bulk shipments of these categories. For small quantities of sensitive goods, they may be mixed with ordinary items (clothing, shoes, etc.). For example, cosmetics must be under 100ml per bottle and under 200ml per package. We can attempt to arrange transportation for such shipments.
