Unlike traditional proxy shopping services, KongfuMall provides a marketplace shopping model. You can directly select products on our platform, and we will handle procurement, quality inspection, warehousing, packaging, and overseas shipping on your behalf.
II. Proxy Shopping Service Fee Details
💰 Platform Service Fee
To ensure efficient procurement and after-sales support, KongfuMall charges a service fee of 6% to 15% per order, calculated based on the total value of the goods.
The specific calculation rules are as follows:
For orders under $50 USD, a 15% service fee of the total order amount will be charged.
For orders between $50 USD and $200 USD, a 10% service fee of the total order amount will be charged.
For orders over $200 USD, a 6% service fee of the total order amount will be charged.
This fee will be automatically displayed on the checkout page and includes the following items:

III. Cost Breakdown
Total Order Cost = Product Cost + International Shipping Fee + Service Fee
– Product Cost = Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee (Seller → KongfuMall Warehouse)
– International Shipping Fee = Calculated by weight or volumetric weight, settled before shipment
– Service Fee (6~15%) = Automatically calculated based on product value to cover procurement, quality inspection, warehousing, and after-sales service
IV. Value-Added Services (Optional)
Based on user needs, KongfuMall also provides the following value-added services:

V. Important Notes
1. Platform service fees will be automatically calculated at checkout and require no additional payment.
2. If a user cancels an order before goods are procured, the service fee will be fully refunded.
3. If goods have been procured or received into inventory, the service fee is non-refundable.
4. International shipping fees will be settled separately at shipment based on actual weight or volumetric weight.
5. In case of product returns or exchanges, the service fee is non-refundable; only the actual product cost will be refunded.
