1. Standard Storage Period
Items may be stored in KongfuMall 's warehouse for 90 days, calculated from the date the order status is marked as "Received."
2. Extended Storage Period
If an item's storage exceeds 90 days without a shipping request or payment for extended storage, you will receive an additional 28-day grace period to complete the necessary actions.
Should no action be taken during this grace period, the goods will be deemed abandoned, and storage services will cease.
3. Maximum Storage Period
The maximum storage period for goods is 180 days.
If goods remain in storage beyond 180 days - regardless of whether extended storage fees were paid - KongfuMall will terminate storage services, and the goods will be automatically deemed abandoned.
4. Abandoned Item Disposal
- KongfuMall reserves the right to periodically dispose of abandoned items.
- For items exceeding storage periods or not shipped on time, the platform may clear storage space as per regulations.
5. Storage Fees and Related Notes
- To extend storage periods or pay related fees, users must submit requests via the order page and pay fees as required by the platform.
- If no action is taken after the storage period expires, KongfuMall will deem the goods abandoned and cease further processing.
6. Important Notes
- Users must promptly submit shipping requests or pay storage extension fees to ensure goods remain within the warehouse storage period.
- After the storage period expires, goods will no longer be eligible for refunds, exchanges, or other after-sales services.
- To avoid storage expiration, we recommend regularly checking order status and managing storage needs.
