KongfuMall Payment Policy

Welcome to KongfuMall.
To ensure transaction security and provide a seamless shopping experience, our platform currently supports PayPal, Stripe, and Wallet Balance Payment.
Please read the following policy carefully before completing your order.

1. PayPal

1.1 Overview

PayPal is one of the world's leading third-party payment platforms.
It supports payments via account balance, linked credit/debit cards, and provides global Buyer Protection and dispute resolution services-making it ideal for international transactions.

Note: The availability of specific cards depends on your issuing bank and region. Some cards may require international or cross-border payment authorization.

1.3 Payment Process

  • Select PayPal at checkout → You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page → Log in or choose "Guest Checkout" (if available in your region) → Confirm payment.
  • Once payment is completed, your order status will automatically update to "Paid."

1.4 Security and Risk Control

  • PayPal transactions are encrypted and protected by real-time risk control.
  • KongfuMall does not store your full card number, CVV, or password.
  • If abnormal activity (such as repeated failures or account anomalies) is detected, verification may be required before the order is processed.

1.5 Fees and Exchange Rate

  • KongfuMall does not charge additional payment processing fees.
  • PayPal may apply small cross-border or currency conversion fees. The final charge depends on PayPal's real-time exchange rate.

1.6 Dispute and Chargeback Handling

  • In case of disputes, buyers can open a claim directly through PayPal's Resolution Center.
  • If a chargeback occurs, KongfuMall will provide documentation to assist PayPal and card networks in resolving the case according to their policies.

2. Stripe

2.1 Overview

Stripe is a globally recognized online payment gateway certified under PCI DSS Level 1 standards.
It supports multiple currencies and international payment methods.

Note: Card acceptance may vary depending on region and issuer policy. Some transactions may require additional authentication (e.g., 3D Secure).

2.3 Supported Wallets and Local Payment Methods (via Stripe)

Alipay – available in supported regions for direct online payments.

WeChat Pay – available in supported regions for QR code or in-app payments.

Apple Pay – available for compatible devices and browsers.

Google Pay– available for compatible devices and browsers.

2.4 Payment Process

  • Select Stripe at checkout → Enter card number, expiration date, and CVV (or use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, or WeChat Pay) → Complete authentication → Confirm payment.
  • Once successful, the order status will automatically update to "Paid."

2.5 Security and Risk Control

  • All payments are protected with SSL/TLS encryption and tokenization technology.
  • Stripe employs advanced fraud detection and 3D Secure (when applicable) to safeguard transactions.
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions may trigger additional verification or be temporarily held for review.

2.6 Fees and Exchange Rate

  • KongfuMall does not charge extra service fees for Stripe payments.
  • Exchange rates and any additional costs are determined by Stripe or your issuing bank at the time of payment.

3. Wallet Balance Payment

3.1 Eligibility and Usage

Registered users can use their KongfuMall Wallet Balance to pay for orders in part or in full.
The balance may come from refunds, promotional credits, or direct top-ups (if available).

3.2 Rules

  • Wallet Balance can be combined with other payment methods (e.g., PayPal or Stripe) if insufficient.
  • The balance is only valid within the KongfuMall platform and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
  • Abnormal activity or suspected misuse (e.g., money laundering) may result in account restrictions.

4. Currency and Settlement

  • The default settlement currency is U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Other currencies displayed on the site are for reference only.
  • The final charge amount depends on real-time exchange rates and the payment provider's policies.
  • KongfuMall is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or international bank processing fees.

5. Payment Security and Compliance

  • All payments are transmitted via SSL-secured channels, and the platform does not store any full card details, CVV, or passwords.
  • KongfuMall complies with PCI DSS and other international security standards.
  • In case of abnormal or high-risk activity, the platform reserves the right to pause the transaction, request identity verification, or reject the payment.

6. Refund Policy

  • If an order is canceled, out of stock, or encounters a payment error, refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
    • PayPal / Stripe / Credit Card: 3–15 business days
    • Wallet Balance: Instant refund
  • Actual refund times depend on the processing speed of banks and payment providers.
  • If your refund is delayed, please contact your payment institution for assistance.

7. Risk and Chargeback Management

  • All payments must originate from legitimate sources with valid authorization.
  • Repeated failed payments, mismatched information, or unusual order patterns may trigger fraud prevention measures.
  • For chargebacks or fraudulent claims, KongfuMall reserves the right to dispute the claim and recover related financial losses.
