This is the identity core of your account. We use this information to ensure account security and to contact you when necessary.
Basic Information: Nickname, Email, Phone, Birthday. These are your identity credentials and our primary means of order confirmation and logistics notifications.
2. Billing Address
This address is used to generate your payment receipts and invoices, which are crucial for business user reimbursement or personal financial records.
Address Purpose: This address is associated with your payment method (such as a credit card) and verified by your bank. It is primarily used for us to generate order invoices for you and for payment gateway security verification.
3. Shipping Address
This is your global receiving network, ensuring all the products you purchase are accurately delivered to your specified destinations.
Multiple Address Management: You can save multiple shipping addresses, such as your home address, company warehouse, overseas warehouse address, etc. When placing an order, you can directly select the shipping destination, eliminating the need for repeated input.

Here is the core hub for your communication with KongfuMall. All messages will be pushed here promptly. You can check real-time package logistics, order procurement progress, return and exchange processing status, and account security-related notifications.
Wallet – Your Cross-Border Procurement E-Wallet
1.Deposit and Withdraw
You can Deposit funds into your Wallet E-Account to enjoy a fast and convenient shopping payment experience. The account balance supports top-ups at any time for one-click payment during checkout. All Sourcing Order, Forwarding and DIY Order are displayed here. You can quickly filter orders by time range, order number, and other methods.
Each order clearly shows the complete status process such as "Paid" and "Cancelled", along with corresponding bill details. Easily manage the entire procurement process.
Click the Order Detail to view the complete accounting records. We also provide a shipping address modification feature, allowing flexible adjustments before shipment for enhanced shopping convenience.
Parcel – Your Parcel Management Center
After all sourcing items arrive at the warehouse, dedicated parcels will be generated here. We provide professional product quality inspection and photo confirmation services. You can click the Package Detail at any time to view parcel information.
Through clear Status tracking, you can monitor parcel processing progress in real-time-every stage from Pending Review" and "Pending Shipment" to "Completed" remains fully transparent, ensuring worry-free cross-border shopping.
Warehouse – Your Goods Storage Management
When items arrive at the Warehouse but haven't been formed into parcels yet, their real-time status will be clearly displayed on this page. The system updates the storage status of each product in real-time, making every step visible and allowing you to accurately track the receiving progress of your goods.
Distribution – Your Referral Commission Management
This is a special feature of KongfuMall. Share your exclusive link with friends for their registration and shopping, and you can earning generous Commission. The Distribution page clearly displays Invitation record and Commission record, making every source of commission transparent – let your referrals create lasting value!
On the Distribution page, you can view Monthly earning, My team earning, Withdraw, and Total earning. Click withdraw, enter the amount, and transfer your commission to Wallet for direct platform shopping – maximizing the value of your referral earnings!
